OUR VISION IN RECRUITMENT:
our goal is to attract the young talent in both medical and administrative fields, in order to achieve the strategic goals of AMH, on top of which is increasing the satisfaction of all our patients and their families with all the medical and administrative services provided to them.
Our CSR is to increase our hospital’s Saudization ratio by recruiting talented Saudi graduates and placing them in jobs suited to their skills and capabilities.
Candidates must have graduated either high school or university and hold a Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, with a major in banking, managerial and/or computer-related subjects. They must also be bilingual in Arabic and English.
After a while, new staff enter a continuous training and development process based on the needs of the hospital and the specific job.
